Jeno Pineda is a Filipino-Spanish journalist and copywriter.  She has a degree in Communication Arts from the Lyceum University of the Philippines and her works appeared both in the Philippines and Spain including The Manila Bulletin online, Sur in English, Hot Magazine and Iberia Airlines online, among others.  

Chosen as one of the five writers for the Curtis Brown Breakthrough program ‘22/’23, Jeno is currently polishing her manuscript with Charlotte for submission this year—a coming of age story of a Filipino transwoman and her journey into finding forgiveness, self-identity and a version of home as a migrant in Spain.

When not reading or writing, Jeno can be found in fashion weeks all over Europe as she as is also an all-around fashionista, working as a stylist and choreographer for fashion shows.

An alumna of The Writing Institute, Jeno aims to tell the everyday stories of transgender people and aspires to be the Lana Del Rey of the literary world. She lives in Marbella, Spain.
