Helen Graves is an award-winning food and travel writer and editor. She has written words and recipes for publications including Olive, Food & Travel, delicious, Vittles, Eater, the Guardian, National Geographic Food, Pulp and many others. She has a special interest in cooking over live fire and is co-founder and editor of Pit, the UK’s first independent print magazine about food and fire, which was shortlisted for Launch of The Year in the Stack Magazine Awards and has won plaudits from press including the Guardian’s Jay Rayner and the Times’ Marina O’ Loughlin.
