Lucy Parissi

Lucy Parissi is a food photographer, recipe developer, cake lover and the blogger behind Supergolden Bakes.

She has a degree in Graphic Design and worked as a designer and art director in book and magazine publishing. A lifelong love of cooking and baking led her to start sharing her recipes on her blog in 2012.

What started as a hobby eventually became an all-consuming passion and these days Lucy creates recipes for a variety of well-known brands as well as her own blog. 

Lucy has worked with Cuisinart, Ball Preserving, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Tesco, Onken, Thermapen, Nespresso, Divine Chocolate, Craft Gin Club and many more. She was a long-term contributor  to Brit+Co and AO At Home lifestyle blogs. 

Her food photography is represented by StockFood and has appeared in many well-known food websites and publications.

Lucy creates accessible recipes that pack maximum flavour but require minimum fuss. Her baking recipes are simple and always delicious.
