Having worked as a YA author for over thirty years with books published by OUP and Hachette, Brian had slipped into a life of happy indolence before being rudely dragged from retirement by his daughter, Kat. Campaign Officer for The Reading Agency, mother of three children, owner of a very smart cat and an intellectually challenged dog, she had always suspected that she and her dad might work well together. And she was right. From the word go they have enjoyed themselves enormously, swapping texts back and forth and watching their stories grow.
